I’m Mark Mogavero, owner of Dynamic Personal Training. I’ve helped hundreds of people, JUST LIKE YOU, achieve their goals and work towards the body they’ve always wanted. It was six months before my retirement and eight months until my daughter's wedding when i finally decided to become serious about my appearance and physical condition.
